MLT Entrance Exam - Terms & Conditions

1. Exam Groups:

• MLT-A: For students of Class 5 and 6
• MLT-B: For students of Class 7, 8, and 9
• MLT-C: For students of Class 10, 11, and 12

Each group will have a separate question paper and syllabus.

2. Selection Process:

• Top 10 students will be selected from each group.
• A total of 30 students will be selected based on merit.

3. Syllabus:

• Detailed syllabus for each group is available on the official website.
• Students must refer to the official syllabus only.

4. Application Fee:

• The application fee is Rs. 3000 per student.
• This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Eligibility Criteria:

• The student must be currently studying in the class as per the selected group.
• Any false or misleading information will lead to disqualification.

6. Admit Card and ID Verification:

• Admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall.
• A valid school ID or government-issued ID must be presented on exam day.

7. Exam Rules:

• Use of mobile phones, smart watches, calculators or any unfair means is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of misconduct may result in immediate disqualification.

8. Scholarship and Benefits for Selected Students:

• Top 30 students (10 from each group) will be eligible for admission in one of the listed schools in Ballia district (list will be provided on the website).
• For these selected students, our organization will cover the following for 1 financial year:
  • Admission Fee
  • Monthly Tuition Fee
  • Book Charges
  • Exam Fee

These benefits are valid only for the upcoming academic/financial year and for one school selected from the official list.

9. Result and Admission:

• Results will be announced on the official website.
• Selected students will be guided for admission procedure in eligible schools.

10. Decision Authority:

• The decision of the organizing committee regarding evaluation, selection, and disbursement of benefits will be final and binding.
